Friends Renews Collaboration with Crooked Tooth Brewing

Friends of Saguaro National Park is thrilled to announce its renewed collaboration with Crooked Tooth Brewing to re-release Friends of Saguaro National Park Mesquite Amber. Small adjustments to the recipe were made this year while keeping the lager character steady, so that the Sonoran Desert is revealed through its rich amber profile with hints of mesquite. The artwork, like last year's, is by Emma Rogers.

"We could have brewed something new this year, but Mesquite Amber earned its place at the table,” said Ben Vernon, co-owner of Crooked Tooth Brewing Co., with his wife, Julie. “I made a few small adjustments and left the character alone, because when Tucson beer lovers say that they can taste the Sonoran Desert, you refine it. Of course, being named a community partner by Friends last year is the part we're proudest of, and it’s our way of saying thank you."
